The other good news, I got to be "mommy" to a seven year old for two days (Kennedy's big sister Ana) and I didn't freak out! Maybe I could do this parenting thing from scratch* after all.

Hi Lisa, and Welcome Kennedy! One time, I met a little seven year old girl named Kennedy, and I told her I liked her name. She told me she was named after Robert Kennedy "because John Kennedy cheated on his wife." I said "Oh. Well, why were you named after Robert Kennedy?" She looked at me like I was an idiot and repeated slowly, "Because John Kennedy cheated on his wife."
